Rent to rent is where our company will take your property and manage it for ourselves. We will rent it out to business professionals or holidaymakers. We will manage the cost of the property ensuring it is maintained, cleaned and utility bills are paid, and the landlord will receive a monthly rental fee.
We look for properties in a good locations and that are in a good condition. By doing this, leisure and business travellers can access the local amenities around the area. The property should have at least 2 bedrooms and be fully furnished. We will view the property to ensure that it is suitable for our rent-to-rent accommodation service.
Minimum rental period and insurance
The minimum rental period would be for 3 years, this also depends on the location and the demand for the property. We will ensure that the rental period is satisfactory and meets your requirements. Full public liability and landlord insurance is in place through our management agreement, and properties will be insured throughout our agreement.
Who undertakes maintenance and repairs?
